The training – conducted by the INFTA-Accredited Training Provider, Institute of Forest Therapy Pty Ltd – is open to national and international applicants on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are 20 exclusive training places available. The language of instruction is English.

These requirements are necessary when becoming a Forest Therapy Guides as you have to be capable of leading diverse groups of people outdoors at different biospheres and locations. Also, a current First Aid certificate and adequate insurance coverage are compulsory for each FTG trainee.
You are requested to book your room individually through the Satchidananda Ashram Yogaville website as a Personal Retreat. In the Personal Comments section of the booking page (in the Participants Info line item) please state that you are participating in the INFTA-Certified Forest Therapy Guide training. You can choose different types of accommodation (e.g., shared dormitory, private dormitory, tent site).
