Live sessions, interactive training modules, and one-to-one mentor support throughout the training using the world´s most advanced INFTA Learning Management System (LMS). All practical activities can be conducted locally in your own natural environment!

Course Details

What's inside the program

Foundations of Forest Therapy, areas of application, evidence base, INFTA Forest Therapy Guiding Sequence, risk management, marketing and group dynamics. Ten thematic assignments plus final theoretical assessment, totalling (256 hrs).

Guided practice walks, peer-led sessions, and supervised solo practicum with documented reflection logs.

Each trainee has access to a dedicated mentor for 1:1 advice, written feedback, and practicum review.

Continuous formative assessment, guided Public Forest Therapy sessions plus a short final written test.

Upon completion, graduates receive the internationally recognized INFTA-Certified Forest Therapy Guide Cerificate of Completion.

Reliable internet, regular access to a natural area for practicum, working level English, commitment of approximately 6 hours per week.
